All products sold by BRvision are covered by 1 year warranty. Please check the item serial number for further warranty information. For example: S/N number 201601N0001, is for an item that was produced by Jan. 2016, so the warranty period will be from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2017.
1. Shipping charge responsibility of warranty returns: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges from their destination to the BRvision factory. BRvision will then pay all shipping charges from BRvision factory to the customer's company.
2. When a product requires service, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number(a return material authorization number), and explain the defect(s) of products.
3. The defective products must be returned. The customer must use proper packing material to ensure against damage during shipping. Any shipping damage caused by improper packing is not covered under warranty.
4. In addition, every customer must include a return material authorization (RMA) number on the outside of each package shipped to BRvision and a letter explaining the specific defect with the product.
